How to Join

Seven clear steps, from your first Interest Form to your child’s first class.

Step 1

Interest Form

Tell me about your child, preferred class format, and the time slots that could work for you. If none of the listed options fit, you can suggest another time and I’ll let you know whether I’m available.

Step 2

Class Formation

I look for students with compatible schedules and class preferences.

Group classes move forward once the minimum number of students has expressed interest in a suitable time slot.

Step 3

Placement Check

Once a prospective class reaches the minimum enrollment, I send each student a short online Placement Check.

This helps me understand each child’s current Mandarin level before finalising the class.

Step 4

Class Confirmation

I review the Placement Check results and confirm whether the class is a suitable match.

If needed, I may recommend a different class format or ask the family to wait for another suitable class.

Step 5

Payment

Payment is requested only after your child’s class has been confirmed.

Step 6

Pre-course Orientation

Families are invited to a complimentary online orientation approximately one week before the course begins.

Step 7

Start Class

Your child is ready to start listening, speaking and creating in Mandarin.
